This iconic high rise building in Illovo, Sandton consists of 6 basements and 6 doors with a total of 18 000m² of P-grade space. The structure was built on top of the Gautrain servitude and due diligence was exercised so at to ensure the structural integrity of the train tunnel 42m below ground level.
